- Phone Audits:ÌýEnterprise Technology & Services Telecommunications is providing departments with an opportunity to avoid future costs, including maintenance, infrastructure use, and equipment upgrades by asking employees toÌý identify underutilized phones throughÌýMarch 31.
- Microsoft Teams Transition:ÌýAs a reminder, Microsoft Teams will replace Zoom this summer as the web conferencing software for the University. After the switch, you can still join and participate in meetings, but you won't be able to host.
- Workday Drop-In Sessions:ÌýÂ鶹ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ HR and Finance are hosting Workday drop-in sessions in March.

If you do not require a phone, Telecom can disconnect and remove the desk phone. Or if you prefer to have an assigned phone number just for voicemail purposes, we can convert it to a virtual voicemail box number. Consult with your supervisor as appropriate.ÌýAlthough the audit runs through March 31, you can change your phone service anytime using the link below.

- Time Tracking: Mondays from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Join to get answers to tickets faster
- Finance Reporting: Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. – 12 p.m.ÌýThese sessions will focus on addressing reporting related questions, but other finance questions are welcome
- Human Resources: Wednesdays from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
