To Know:聽Join our live drop-in office hours to address questions related to FDM, FOAPAL changes, expenses, travel reimbursements, hiring (staff, students, and faculty) and time tracking.聽聽
There will be two types of drop-in office hour sessions:聽聽
- Sessions for Finance questions聽occur every Tuesday from 11:00-Noon and Thursday from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
- Sessions for Human Resources questions聽occur every Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and Thursday from 1:00-2:00 p.m.聽

Need to Submit a Workday Ticket
To Know:聽As you use Workday, questions may arise as to how to perform new processes. First, please check the聽聽for helpful job aids.
To Do: To check on the status of a ticket:聽If you need to check on the status of a ticket: Click on聽聽> "My Tickets". In the Status Class field, select聽"Select All".
NOTE: If the ticket you want doesn't automatically appear in the list. Click Search. Then open the ticket and the status is in the upper right corner.
