ET&S to Enable Seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) for Â鶹ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ HR/FIN Banner Xtender, Application Navigator, and Admin Pages on Tuesday, May 9
To Know:ÌýOn Tuesday, May 9, from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m., ET&S will enable SSO for Â鶹ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ Banner Xtender, Application Navigator, and Admin Pages internally-facing pages. During this time, these applications will not be available. When you log in to these applications, the page will look different. Here are a few other things to know:
- The above-mentioned applications require refreshing your authentication session more frequently than other Microsoft SSO-enabled apps.
- If you log out of these applications, it will also sign you out of other Microsoft MFA-enabled applications, such as your email, Canvas, and Zoom.
- ET&S recommends using a separate browser for these Banner applications to avoid being signed out of your other applications.
- This will not impact Self Service (WISE).

EAB Navigate:ÌýLook and Feel Updates to the Staff Platform
To Know:ÌýEAB updatedÌýthe look and feel of the Navigate Staff homepage to align and standardize styles throughout the platform. The functionalityÌýof features stayed the same,Ìýand key information, like Student Info, is more prominently displayed on the Student Profile Page.ÌýYou will see changes to the overall user experience, combining some displays for ease of access and information.
